Submission Checklist
Before submitting, confirm that your manuscript meets each of the following requirements. Manuscripts that do not may be returned before peer review.
| Originality | The manuscript is original, falls within the journal’s scope, and is not under consideration by another journal. Related publications, preprints, thesis origins, conference versions, or overlapping datasets are disclosed. |
| Language | The manuscript is written in English or Filipino, with an English title, abstract, and keywords. A Filipino manuscript also gives its title, abstract, and keywords in Filipino. |
| File Format | The manuscript is an editable Microsoft Word (.docx) file prepared according to the Author Guidelines, using the journal’s manuscript template. |
| Separate Files | The title page, the anonymized manuscript, and the cover letter are ready to upload as separate files, with any supplementary materials. |
| Anonymized Manuscript | Names, affiliations, acknowledgments, identifying file metadata, and other avoidable identity cues have been removed from the review manuscript. |
| Abstract and Keywords | The abstract is 150–250 words with no citations, followed by four to six keywords. |
| Ethics and Declarations | Ethics review, informed consent, funding, conflicts of interest, a data availability statement, and any use of generative AI are declared. |
| References | Citations and references follow APA Style, seventh edition, and every citation has a matching reference entry. |

Fees
An initial review fee of PHP 500 applies to each submission, and an Article Processing Charge of PHP 3,000 applies only after acceptance. See the Article Processing Charge page for all fees and waivers.
