Preservation service

The journal preserves all published content through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), which stores copies in a distributed LOCKSS network. If the journal stops publishing, the archived content remains available to readers.

Institutional copies

Central Mindanao Colleges keeps a copy of every published issue and article in its institutional repository.

Backups

Nexora Interdisciplinary Research and Development keeps regular backups of the journal website, database, and files in secure off-site storage.

Persistent identifiers

Every article receives a Crossref DOI. The DOI resolves to the current location of the article, even when the journal website moves.

Web archiving

The journal submits its website and article pages to the Internet Archive for periodic snapshots.

Self-archiving

Authors are free to deposit their published articles in repositories, adding a further layer of preservation.
